HOOK CLEAN is a heavy-duty alkaline cleaner for cleaning and removing of fats and oils from meat hooks, gambrels, soak-tank rollers, slides, chains and other meat handling equipment in abattoirs and food processing plants. It is designed for use on mild steel, cast iron and stainless steel surfaces.

How Does It Work?

HOOK CLEAN contains a high level of dissolved caustic soda together with specialty low-foam surfactants and additives that have been selected to provide superior removal of meat fat, blood, hook oils and other soilage from ferrous metal surfaces.

For Use On …

HOOK CLEAN is used for cleaning and degreasing of meat hooks, gambrels, rollers, slides and chains. It will dissolve blood, fat, grease, oil and scale.
HOOK CLEAN is used in conjunction with HOOK ACID and HOOK OIL CONCENTRATE to give a complete cleaning and protection system for the meat-handling equipment.
